This policy outlines the procedures for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

 

1. Order Cancellation Policy

 

You may request a cancellation of your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Cancellation requests are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • How to Cancel: Please email us at [info@vanthika.com] with your order number and "Order Cancellation" in the subject line.

  • Made-to-Order Items: Orders for "Made-to-Order" or customized items cannot be canceled once the 12-hour window has passed, as production will have commenced.

  • Refund for Cancellation: If your order is canceled within the 12-hour window, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [e.g., 7-10 business days].

 

2. Returns Policy (General)

 

We accept returns for eligible items, provided they meet the following criteria.

  • Return Window: You must initiate a return request within [e.g., 7 days] of the date of delivery.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in "as-new" condition.

    • In its original, undamaged packaging, including all parts, accessories, and instruction manuals.

    • Not a "Made-to-Order" or "Customized" item (see Section 4).

    • Not a "Final Sale" or clearance item.

  • Reason for Return: This policy covers returns for "change of mind" or dissatisfaction. For damaged items, please see Section 3.

  • Return Shipping & Fees:

    • For a general return (change of mind), you will be responsible for the to-and-fro shipping charges (both the original delivery cost and the cost of return shipping).

    • A restocking fee of [e.g., 15%] of the product's value will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and quality checks.

 

3. CRITICAL: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 

We take extreme care in packaging, but damages can occur in transit. It is your responsibility to inspect the product at the time of delivery.

  • At Time of Delivery:

    1. Inspect the Package: Before signing the delivery receipt (Proof of Delivery - POD), carefully inspect the exterior of the packaging.

    2. Note Any Damage: If you see any dents, tears, or signs of damage, you MUST make a note of this on the delivery receipt (e.g., "Package damaged," "Box torn").

    3. Refuse Delivery (Optional): If the damage appears significant, you may refuse the delivery. Please contact us immediately at [infot@vanthika.com] if you do so.

  • After Unboxing (Concealed Damage):

    1. Report Immediately: If you discover damage after opening the package, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.

    2. Required Information: Email [info@vanthika.com] with:

      • Your Order Number.

      • Clear photos of the damaged item.

      • Clear photos of the shipping box (both inside and outside).

      • A photo of the shipping label.

  • Our Action: Once we verify the damage or defect, we will, at our discretion:

    • Arrange for a replacement of the damaged part or the full product.

    • Offer a repair.

    • Arrange for a full refund (if a replacement or repair is not possible).

Please Note: We cannot process claims for damaged goods if they are not reported within 48 hours of delivery or if the damage was not noted on the delivery receipt.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Made-to-Order or customized items.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

  • Items that have been assembled, used, or altered.

  • Items returned without their original packaging.

 

5. How to Initiate a Return (Return Process)

  2. Await Authorization: Do not ship any items back to us without receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return shipping instructions.

  4. Package the Item: Securely repack the item in its original, undamaged packaging.

 

6. Refund Process
