Thank you for shopping with Vanthika! We are dedicated to getting your new furniture to you safely and efficiently. Shipping furniture is a specialized process, and we want to ensure you are fully informed about how we manage your delivery.
Please read this policy carefully.
1. Order Processing Time
This is the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipment. This is separate from the shipping (transit) time.

In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within [e.g., 3-5 business days]. This includes quality checks and secure packaging.

Made-to-Order & Custom Items: Many of our pieces are made-to-order. Please refer to the individual product page for the estimated production and processing time, which can range from [e.g., 2 to 6 weeks].
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
2. Shipping Destinations & Rates

Shipping Area: We currently ship to most serviceable pin codes across India. [Optional: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.]

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

The total weight and dimensions of your order.

Your delivery destination.

Oversized Items: Large items (such as sofas, beds, and large cabinets) may incur an additional oversized item surcharge, which will be clearly stated at checkout.
We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or Military addresses.
3. Estimated Shipping (Transit) Time
Once your order has been processed and has left our warehouse, the estimated transit time is:

4. The Delivery Process
We partner with specialized third-party freight and logistics companies to handle your furniture delivery.

Scheduling: For most large items, our delivery partner will contact you in advance (via phone or SMS) to schedule a convenient delivery date and time window.

Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery is "Curbside" or "To-the-Door," which means the delivery team will bring the item to the entrance of your building or home. You will be responsible for moving the item(s) inside, unboxing, and assembly.

[Optional: White Glove Delivery]: For select items and locations, we may offer a "White Glove" delivery service for an additional fee. This service typically includes in-home placement in your room of choice, unboxing, assembly, and removal of packaging debris. If this service is available, it will be offered as an option at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) and a link to the carrier's website. You can use this to track the status of your delivery.
6. CRITICAL: Receiving & Inspecting Your Order
It is essential that you inspect your order at the time of delivery.

Inspect the Packaging: Before signing for the delivery, please carefully inspect the exterior of the packaging for any visible signs of damage, such as dents, tears, or crushed corners.

If You See Damage:

Do NOT accept the delivery if the damage is significant.

If the damage is minor, you may accept it, but you MUST make a detailed note of the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt (also known as the Proof of Delivery or POD).

Take clear photos of the damaged packaging before opening it.

Contact our Customer Service team at [support@vanthika.com] within [e.g., 48 hours] of delivery, providing your order number and the photos.

Concealed Damage (After Opening): If you discover any damage to the product after opening the package, please contact us immediately (within [e.g., 48 hours]) with your order number and photos of the damaged item.
Failure to note damage on the delivery receipt or to report it within the specified timeframe may limit our ability to process a return or replacement. Please refer to our [Returns & Refunds Policy] for more details.
7. Assembly
Most of our furniture requires some assembly. Assembly instructions will be included with your product. Assembly is not included in our Standard Delivery.
8. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at [support@vanthika.com] immediately. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot change the address.
